Refunds on Training
CAD Point Malta offers courses to small groups of students. When a customer wishes to book a course, we will need to secure their seat by means of a deposit. The deposits are not refundable or transferable to a third party. If the course will commence there shall be no reason at law to refund a student the deposit. If we do not reach the necessary amount of students to hold the class, we shall offer the customer a new schedule or a full refund of their deposit.
We reserve the right to postpone lessons as necessary based on the tutors availability.
Refunds on Software
The customer should be sure to be purchasing through our website the correct software package that they require. It is recommended to discuss with one of our representatives the best package that they need.
